Just got back to my home country and I had to immediately leave a review of this listing because of how pleasant my stay was - pre, during and post stay. I arrived in Incheon early morning and the staff were kind to allow me to keep my luggage in their lobby area first. It was raining constantly and after walking around Seoul for a while, I was drenched. Though it was not my check-in time yet the staff helped me to check-in a bit earlier (depends on their agreement) and I was able to stay warm (Seoul was 19 degrees Celsius at that time). During my stay, I had a bit of a discord with one of the tenant and even though it was around 3am in the morning, the staff helped mediate and was able to stop it from escalating further with much patience and professionalism. The fact that they took care of me and made me feel safe during the stay, as a solo female traveler, I am very grateful. I am forever thankful to the staff that had helped me that night. Even after I have checked-out, they still extended their help when I needed assistance. If any of you are a first time/solo traveler looking for a safe place to stay, Seoul Cube Itaewon is the place. Even the other tenants (minus the one I have encountered) are all kind and warm. 10/10 will stay here again🫶🏻

The best thing is that the location is very convenient. Save the map in the photos they provide to your phone before you go, or make sure you have data figured out so you can access it. Once you know the way, it's a very short walk from the subway exit to the hostel, and there's a 7-Eleven with an ATM out front on the way, which was also very convenient. I stayed in the "family" room, which was really basically an oversized bunk bed (two, roughly queen-size beds, stacked on top of each other like bunk beds); it may or may not work well for families, depending on the size of the family, but it worked well for me since I was travelling solo but needed a private room. The room, and the attached bathroom, were small, but had everything I needed and were fairly clean. Itaewon has a ton of bars, clubs, and international restaurants (near Seoul Cube, there are quite a few Middle Eastern restaurants, as well as pizza slice and burger stalls, etc.), which is either good or bad depending on what you're looking for.

The breakfast might not be impressive, but that's not really a big deal for you. The affordable room price, the convenience of having your luggage safely stored while you’re out, and the proximity to food options make it all worthwhile. All the major tourist attractions are just a short bus ride away—like the War Memorial Museum, which only took about 10 minutes. If you want to explore farther, like going to Hongdae, the Itaewon subway line is just around the corner. Plus, you appreciate having a personal bedroom space, a locker for your things, and the security of separate gender spaces with a keypad entry, which is reassuring as a solo female traveler.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hostel. of the benefits that have been added since my last visit - breakfast. the food is ordinary, but not bad to start the day. I really like the location because it is close to the metro (line 6) and buses that go to different parts of the city. Although the hostel is located in a "lively" area, the nights are quiet, and as a bonus, you can get a pair of ear plugs at the reception. you can use a locker, slippers, and towels (change yourself), there is a hair dryer, a hair straightener, and shampoo/rinse/shower gel.

The establishment is well run. The bunks in the dorms were neat with clean linen. Sockets are provided near bed for easy charging. The bathrooms were clean with good layout. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as I was not expecting it. Safe and easy to get in and out with passcodes. Nice provision of seating in the reception. Games, piano and books are provided for guests to use. Rules and instructions placed in many places for easy reference. Toiletries (toothbrush/paste etc) provided at small cost.
